- I retain full copyright and usage rights to all artworks
- No NFT usage
- No AI usage (training, datasets, generation)
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission
- Respectful communication is required
- Artistic freedom is part of the process. Variations should be expected.
- No refunds once work has started
PAYMENT
- Payment via PayPal USD only
- Client can decide if they would like: Half payment upfront and half before delivering the finished piece ; full payment upfront
- Work begins only after payment is received.
USAGE RIGHTS
- Personal use — included
- Commercial use — +30 USD
DELIVERY
- Estimated turnaround: up to 2 weeks, depending on queue and complexity.
- Delays may occur and will be communicated.
REVISIONS
- Revisions are included during all stages
- Client gets up to 5 revisions before being charged 5 USD per change
- Mistakes on my end will always be corrected free of charge.
